We are taking you behind the scenes of edozo and introducing our team members, some might sound familiar to you and some others not, but they are all equally important and doing a phenomenal job. Let's get to know the heroes behind edozo.

Who are you ?

Hey, my name is Phil and I work as the Product Manager here at edozo.  I am responsible for ensuring that everything we do at edozo leads us to producing high quality products that not only fulfil our users' needs but keep them engaged and itching to see what we come up with next!
Key things that I always have on my mind are how we set realistic goals and what are the actions we need to attain them.

What do you like most about edozo?

I think it would have to be our shared passion to always be better and collectively striving to make it that way. Since I’ve joined everyone here has always been fully behind any changes we want to make to ensure we are continuously getting better at what we do and the ways in which we do it.

What are your interests outside of work?

I’m a guy who takes interest in a lot of things, if something strikes an interest with me I rarely go in half-way!
Among my favourite things would have to be... Travelling , Music, Sport, History and Video games .
So a football match in a historic city followed by an evening rock gig then chilling with a video game to round off the day would be pretty close to a perfect day for me!

How do you spend your weekends?

I try to get around and see the country with my better half or with family and friends if I can, failing that I’ll dive into a video game! (What a nerd!)

What advice would you give to your teenage self and why?

Don’t be scared of being wrong or saying the wrong thing, ask the “stupid” questions. Being wrong, falling down and being knocked back are all parts of life that we can learn from and be better.
Oh and... More importantly, If you’re going to try pull off the “rockstar” long hair then at least cut and wash it regularly you plonker!

What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?

I’m really interested in the way we think about things and interact with one another which often leads me to learning more about philosophy and communication. Speakers like Alan Watts, Jordan Petersen and Simon Sinek help me focus both my thoughts and my everyday efforts into the right areas.
