We are taking you behind the scenes of edozo and introducing our team members, some might sound familiar to you and some others not, but they are all equally important and doing a phenomenal job. Let's get to know the heroes behind edozo.
Who are you ?
Hello, my name is Lois and I work as the Customer Success Manager here at edozo. I am responsible for ensuring everyone knows how to use the platform and has the best experience possible. If you phone up with a query, you’re likely to speak to me.
What do you like most about edozo?
The people. It might sound like a cliché but I work with a great bunch who are dedicated, hardworking and fun. It’s also brilliant to be able to get involved in a variety of projects as it keeps the days varied and interesting.
What are your interests outside of work?
Running (preferably in the rain), Grayson Perry and hosting. I like nothing more than a house full!
How do you spend your weekends?
Whilst I’d like to tell you I am off leading a glamorous life, the reality is I am basically a chauffeur, chef, and general wingman for a very demanding and dramatic (albeit wonderful) 4 year old.
If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
‘Rave on’ - because you should never stop going to parties.
What advice would you give to your teenage self and why?
To ignore any self-doubt and just go for it.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Watching music documentaries on BBC 4 or Sky Arts....with a nice cold glass of wine and the dog on my lap.
If you were the only human left on Earth, what would you do?
Sing on stage at the Royal Albert Hall whilst wearing all of Cher’s old stage costumes.....I can’t hold a note but there’d be no one around to hear!
What book are you reading now and why?
The Goldfinch. Why? Exactly the question I am asking myself as I reach the end.
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
I guarantee I have the ability to stay awake for longer than anyone you know.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
I’d be ‘The Zen’ - bringing a little more calm to the chaos.
What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
Practically – sustainability. I don’t want my daughter living in a wasteland. Theoretically - That just because you don’t shout the loudest, it doesn’t mean what you’re saying isn’t important.
